Blueberry Upside-Down Cake

1 cup (or more) of fresh or frozen blueberries (250 ml)
½ cup sugar (125 ml)
1 1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour (310 ml)
1 cup sugar (250 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5 ml)
¾ cup milk (185 ml)
1 / 3 cup melted butter (85 ml)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml)

Expand blueberries in the bottom of a glass mold
Sprinkle ½ cup (125 ml) sugar
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
In another bowl combine melted butter, milk,
the egg and vanilla
Add this mixture to dry ingredients and beat vigorously
Pour batter over fruit
Bake at 350 F°. (175 ° C.) for about 50 minutes
