2 cups unsweetened soy milk (500ml)
1 ½ cup frozen blueberries or fresh (375ml)
1 small sliced banana
½ cup ice (125ml)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (5ml)
4 mint leaves (optional)
Put everything in the blender.
Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with a mint leaf and a few blueberries.
Variation: you can replace the unsweetened soymilk for milk.
